Delivery Policy

At CJ Butchery, we aim to provide fast, reliable and safe delivery of our fresh products to customers across Campbelltown and surrounding areas. Every order is packed with care to maintain freshness and quality from our store to your door.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected suburbs across South West Sydney. If you are unsure whether we service your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Fee

All online orders are charged a flat delivery fee, regardless of order size or location within our service zone. The delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Times

We deliver Tuesday to Friday across Campbelltown and the surrounding suburbs.

Orders placed before 6pm are delivered the next day (Tuesday to Friday) between options of 7am-12pm Or 12pm-6pm.

Orders placed on weekends (Friday–Sunday) are delivered on Tuesday due to resupply of stock and suppliers being closed over the weekend.

Delivery is free for all orders over $199. For smaller orders, a flat delivery fee of $15 applies within the area. You can also choose in-store pickup from Monday to Saturday at a time that suits you. If you choose pickup, please allow time for your order to be prepared — you’ll still receive a confirmation once it’s ready.

Freshness & Packaging

All orders are packed in insulated or temperature-controlled packaging to maintain freshness during transport. We recommend that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and refrigerate items promptly.

Missed Deliveries

If nobody is available to receive your order, our driver may leave it in a safe location. CJ Butchery is not responsible for spoilage, theft or damage once the delivery has been dropped off.

You may choose to pick up your order in-store at:

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Order Issues

If any items are missing, incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
