At CJ Butchery, we specialise in premium, locally sourced and 100% Australian beef, lamb, pork and poultry. Alongside our fresh cuts, you’ll find a delicious selection of marinades, rubs and sauces to help you bring out the best in every meal, as well as limited free-range and specialty meats, to suit a variety of tastes and needs.

Simply browse our products online, select your items and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, head to checkout, enter your details and choose either delivery or pickup.
For payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your payment is complete. Please note that there is a minimum order amount of $100.
We deliver Tuesday to Friday across Campbelltown and the surrounding suburbs.
Orders placed before 6pm are delivered the next day (Tuesday to Friday) between options of 7am-12pm Or 12pm-6pm.
Orders placed on weekends (Friday–Sunday) are delivered on Tuesday due to resupply of stock and suppliers being closed over the weekend.
Delivery is free for all orders over $199. For smaller orders, a flat delivery fee of $15 applies within the area. You can also choose in-store pickup from Monday to Saturday at a time that suits you. If you choose pickup, please allow time for your order to be prepared — you’ll still receive a confirmation once it’s ready.
No. However, some of our products may be considered halal. Any whole items that are not processed in-house, purchased from a wholesaler and vacuum sealed can be halal, provided the seal is intact. Please note, however, that while we may offer halal options, we are not a halal-certified butcher and do not advertise as such.

We source locally from abattoirs and wholesale distributors, as well as directly to from the farmer. All sourced in NSW
Our products will be freshly delivered in a insulated and cooled packaged box. Which all items purchased will be cryovac to ensure significantly extended shelf life and prevent any contamination or spoilage by removing the oxygen. Limited stocked items will be frozen, all information will be in the description of the product unless stated otherwise. LAMB. We source only the finest free-range lambs in Australia. Raised in the most fertile lands of the Lachlan valley located in the Cowra region.
PORK. Sourced from the greater western region planes of Cowra, Cheverton pork is hormone and growth promotant free. 100% Australian grain.
WATERVALE BEEF. Also located in the Lachlan valley, enriched with enviable soil and water in the region of Cowra. Producing some of Australia’s best tasting beef.
FARMERS. We have relationships directly with farmers who specialise in producing cattle located in the NSW region. No BOVIAR, no hormones and only Australian Beef.
All products are sourced locally in NSW and 100% guaranteed only Australian beef and products will be used at CJ Butchery.
Specific items are free range like our lambs, our goal is to introduce organic, grassfed and more free-range products to our company. As we believe that is the future of this industry.
All products purchased will go through thorough testing and parameter checks at all levels to meet with industry standards and those of CJ Butchery. Items will be proceeded under refrigerated conditions, then all products will be cry-vac, dramatically extending the shelf life of a perishable item by removing oxygen and moisture ensuring freshness and decreasing spoilage and contamination. No added gases or M.A.P packaged typically seen in supermarkets.
For the best quality and safety, keep your meat refrigerated below 5°C or frozen below -15°C as soon as it’s delivered. As a general guide, here’s how long fresh meat lasts in the fridge if vacuum-sealed packaging has not been damaged and is intact:
Freezing will extend shelf life further, and our vacuum-sealed products can be safely stored much longer than standard cuts, as long as the packaging is not damaged.
NOTE:
While vacuum-seal packaging does extend the shelf life of products, it’s important to remember that meat is a perishable product and will continue to age inside the packaging. When first opened, you may notice a sour or tangy smell. This is caused by the natural build-up of lactic acid in the product’s own juices within the oxygen-free environment of the packaging.
This odour is a normal sign that the product has been well preserved and is safe to eat, and it should dissipate once the meat is exposed to air. However, if an unpleasant smell still lingers after the product has been aired, it may indicate spoilage.
