Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
To qualify for a standard return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and still in its original packaging.
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as fresh food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also cannot accept intimate or hygiene products, hazardous items, flammable liquids or gases.
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer.
48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with any product for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee — if your concern is raised within this 48-hour period, we will provide a full refund of the total purchase price.
We may request photos or a brief description of the issue to help us process your refund quickly.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, we may only be able to approve a partial refund, including:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our mistake
- Items returned after the 30-day period
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within a set number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your card provider — some refunds take extra time to show
- Speak with your bank — processing delays can occur

Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only full-priced products can be refunded.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items that arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at [email protected] and send the product back to:

Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive gift credit equal to the value of your return. This credit will be sent once we receive the returned product.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or if the order was delivered to the gift giver first, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total. Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For high-value items, we recommend using a tracked delivery service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items.
