Do I need a minimum order to shop online?
Yes, the minimum order amount is $100 for all online purchases. This allows us to provide the best quality and maintain the cold chain process during delivery while keeping our costs down. Many of our customers find this easy to reach by combining fresh cuts with meat packs, sausages, BBQ essentials and more.
How does delivery work for online orders?
We deliver Tuesday to Friday across Campbelltown and the surrounding suburbs.
- Orders placed before 6pm are delivered the next day (Tuesday to Friday) between options of 7am-12pm Or 12pm-6pm.
- Orders placed on weekends (Friday–Sunday) are delivered on Tuesday due to resupply of stock and suppliers being closed over the weekend.
Delivery is free for all orders over $199. For smaller orders, a flat delivery fee of $15 applies within the area. You can also choose in-store pickup from Monday to Saturday at a time that suits you. If you choose pickup, please allow time for your order to be prepared — you’ll still receive a confirmation once it’s ready.
How is my meat packaged for freshness?
Your order is handled with care at every step. All products are cryovaced (vacuum-sealed) to preserve flavour, increase shelf life and prevent contamination. We transport orders in refrigerated trucks and insulated boxes with ice packs, ensuring your meat stays at the right temperature until it reaches your door. This way, you can enjoy butcher-quality cuts with confidence.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Absolutely. If you prefer, you can select the in-store pickup option at checkout. Pickup is available Monday to Saturday, and you can choose a time that’s convenient for you. Email confirmation will be sent once the order has been fulfilled. Many local customers enjoy stopping by, meeting our team and collecting their fresh orders while saving on delivery fees.
